The Analytic Solutions team is seeking two motivated Analysts, to join our team and help support clients using IHD. The hours for these roles will be 8:00-4:30 ET or 9:30-6:00 ET.
The Analyst role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about healthcare and technology, possess strong quantitative skills, and are eager to gain hands on experience with Real-World Evidence (RWE) research.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising experts from outcomes research, informatics, market access, epidemiology, medicine, and software development. Responsibilities
- Operate as an authority the features, benefits, and applications of the Instant Health Data (IHD) platform.
- Review, understand, and analyze a variety of large, real-world data assets (e.g., claims, EMR), and be able to articulate IHD data mapping rules to clients.
- Support user trainings, Q&A sessions, and data deep dives for internal and external stakeholders.
- Submit feature requests based on client feedback, and support testing and deployment of new features.
- Review and QC client projects vis-a-vis the project protocol; assist in code list development and provide recommendations for simplicity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area (e.g., public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, health services).
- <1-3 years of relevant experience in outcomes research, health economics, epidemiology, or consulting for life sciences companies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SAS, R, SQL).
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, creative problem solving and structured communication skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Focus on attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $55,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
